Keto Avocado Popsicles



On a ketogenic diet, these Keto Avocado Popsicles are great for satisfying your sweet tooth because they are creamy, cool, and tasty. Avocado has healthy fats, and coconut milk makes it creamier without adding carbs. They're simple to make and can be changed to suit your tastes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut optional, for coating

Instructions:

In a blender, combine avocados, coconut milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, and lime juice

Blend until smooth and creamy

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid

If desired, roll the frozen popsicles in shredded coconut before serving
