Indian Curry Hummus



a combination of traditional hummus and curry flavors from India. Flavorful, creamy, and ideal for spreading or dipping your favorite snacks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

Put chickpeas, tahini, garlic that has been minced, olive oil, curry powder, cumin, turmeric, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor

Add water as needed to get the consistency you want and process until smooth and creamy

If you need to, add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice after tasting to make the seasoning just right

Put the hummus in a bowl to serve

Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and top with fresh cilantro

You can eat it with pita bread, naan, or any other vegetables you like

Granola Chocolate Chip Toffee Bar Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Put spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

Put it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown

Loaded Baked Potato Rounds



Loaded Baked Potato Rounds are a tasty take on regular baked potatoes. On top of them are all of your favorite baked potato toppings. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Cut the potatoes into rounds that are about 1/4 inch thick

Add the potato rounds to a large bowl and mix them with the olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are well covered

Put the potato rounds on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they all fit together

After the oven is hot, bake the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy

When you take the potato rounds out of the oven, spread the shredded cheddar cheese out evenly on top of them

Put it back in the oven and bake for another three to five minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble

Take it out of the oven and add sour cream, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions on top
